So the kid has his own flat now, so all that money you've been saving all year to buy my Christmas present, you now have a place to send it! I can move in today but it's not as nice as my current one and the utilities are not setup, so I'm gonna milk this one for all its worth (another week). Being able to walk to the beach was key. So now that it's official, anyone and everyone can get their pale asses over here and visit me. It's 80 and sunny today. :-)
